主要研究工作涉及基于碳纳米管,石墨烯为代表的低维尺度材料的新型高性能光电器件,以及相关光电器件中的表面等离激元效应。包括太阳能电池,红外光探测器,红外发光器件,以及探索纳米尺度光电器件与纳电子器件的一体化集成途径。目前共发表SCI论文80余篇,引用2200余次,h因子为26。
