I am an Associate Professor at Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prior to that I was a senior researcher in Shanda Innovations, a researcher in Samsung Electronics and a research fellow in Nokia Research Center. I received BS and PhD degrees both from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in Electronic Engineering. I am a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Member of CCF.
