Shira Miriam Goldenberg

Shira Goldenberg's research interests focus on evaluating social and structural factors shaping HIV and sexually transmitted infection (STI) risk among marginalized populations, including women in sex work and migrant/mobile populations. Her research includes the application of ethnographic, epidemiological, and mixed methods approaches to evaluate the public health impacts of migration and other structural factors among marginalized women in Canada, Mexico, and Central America.
