Shivang Aggarwal (Student Member, IEEE) received the BTech degree in computer science and engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka, India, in July 2016, and the MS degree in computer science and engineering from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, Buffalo, New York, in December 2017. He is currently working toward the PhD degree in computer science at the University at Buffalo, Buffalo, New York. His research interests include experimental wireless networking, specifically in the millimeter wave band. He is also a student member of the SIGMOBILE.
