个人简介
PhD in Agricultural Engineering from UNICAMP, with a Master's and Graduation in Food Engineering from UNICAMP. She is a Scientific Researcher (level VI) at the Fruit and Vegetable Technology Center (FRUTHOTEC) at the Food Technology Institute (ITAL), at APTA / SAA São Paulo. She works in food engineering and technology, with an emphasis on fruit and vegetable drying, food stability, process optimization and environmental management. Professor of the Strictu Sensu Masters Course in Food Science and Technology at ITAL. In his Lattes curriculum, the most frequent terms in the context of scientific and technological production are: dehydration/drying; stability; reaction kinetics, processes; sterilization; equipment. She is Assistant Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Food Technology. She was a CNPq Productivity in Technological Development and Innovative Extension Scholarship (level 2) from 2012 to 2020.
