Sumedh Dhale (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pune, Pune, India, in 2012, the M.Tech. degree in power electronics and drives from VIT University, Vellore, India, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada, in 2021. He is currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with McMaster Automotive Resource Centre (MARC), Hamilton, ON, Canada, where he is working on control and estimation of electric machine drives and power converts. His research interests include development of high-performance control, observation, and optimization algorithms for dynamical systems.
