His research focuses on the intersection of wireless technologies, ubiquitous computing, and tool development for neuroscience applications. Specifically, he delves into wide-range wireless power transfer and low-power communication/sensing technologies for empowering the Internet of Things (IoT). Additionally, his recent work develops wireless neural recording devices in collaboration with the UCLA open-source Miniscope team, aiming to contribute valuable insights into brain functions.
