Bio
Taras Maksymyuk [M] (taras.maksymyuk.ua@ieee.org) is an associate professor in the Department of Telecommunications at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine. He is also acting as a senior systems engineer at Infineon Technologies, Lviv, Ukraine. He received his M.S. (2011), Ph.D. (2015) and D.Sc. (2021) degrees in telecommunication systems and networks from Lviv Polytechnic National University and completed his postdoctoral research at the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence Lab., Korea University (2017). His research experience includes various aspects of 4G/5G mobile networks technologies, Internet of Things applications, and artificial intelligence. Currently, his research interests are focused on 6G technologies, blockchain, metaverse applications, digital twins, and deep learning.
