Thomas E. Gorochowski received the MEng degree in computer science from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, in 2004. From 2004 until 2007, he was with Accenture Ltd. Working as a technology consultant in the domain of business intelligence and information management. Following this, he joined the Centre for Complexity Sciences at the University of Bristol, United Kingdom, receiving the MRes degree in complexity sciences in 2009 and has continued on to study for the PhD degree at this institution. His research interests include the study of structure, dynamics and evolution of complex networks with possible applications to engineering (specifically synthetic biology), novel computing architectures, and the analysis of biological systems.
