Tianfang Dou, graduated from Hebei Normal University with a bachelor of science degree, and graduated from Tsinghua University with a master degree in education. He has been working in Tsinghua University Library since 2000. He is also the chairman of the Library Research Association of Beijing Higher Education Association and the director of the BALIS Technical Support Center.Tianfang Dou has long been engaged in the research and development of library information systems and electronic resource management.
