Ting Fu

Ting Fu received the Ph.D. degree from McGill University, Canada. He worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Waterloo (supervised by Dr. Liping Fu). He is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Transportation Engineering, Tongji University. He has over 20 journal publications. He has been the PI and also participated in several key national and provincial projects in both China and Canada. His research focuses on road safety, trajectory mining and motion pattern, and intelligent transportation systems. He has been a member, an Exclusive Member, and a Secretary of the Committee on Surrogate Measures of Safety, SAE International. He has served as an Active Member for the Committee on Urban Computing and Spatial Optimization of the World Transport Convention (WTC). He has received the Shanghai Sailing Program Fund in 2020.
