Tuomo Hänninen received the D.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Oulu, Oulu, Finland, in 2018. He has been coordinating several applied research programs and activities with the University of Oulu, where he is a Research Director with the Centre for Wireless Communications. His research interests include IoT, spectrum sharing, critical communication, and energy and unmanned aerial vehicles.
