Ved Prakash Verma

Ved P. Verma received the B. Tech. degree in metallurgical engineering from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India, in 2003, and the M. Tech. degree in materials science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, in 2005. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in materials engineering at Florida International University, Miami. His current research interests include wide band gap semiconductor nanostructure synthesis and applications. Mr. Verma is a member of the Materials Research Society, the Minerals, Metals, and Materials Society, and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society.
