Career Trajectory
Bio
The present research activities are on the development of nanoscale resistive random access memory (ReRAM) devices and integration with the submicron MOSFET transistor (180nm and 90-nm CMOS). Mainly, binary metal-oxides such as HfOx, TiOx, TaOx and WOx ReRAM on the advanced CMOS platform and passive crossbar architecture at nanoscale are being investigated.
