Wei Qiu

Wei Qiu (M'21) received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hubei University of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2015, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2017 and 2021, respectively. He was also a joint doctoral student with the University of Tennessee from 2019 to 2021, and a research associate in The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA from 2021 to 2022. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Hunan University. His current research interests include situational awareness, cyber-security of synchrophasor, power quality measurement, and reliability analysis of power equipment.
