致力于将半导体材料、加工方法及相关技术用于新型生物医学传感器的研制及特性改进。研究可记录或调控神经活动的相关生理、生化信息传感技术,研究提高传感灵敏度和提升信噪比的方法,探索和研究高通量、高密度和可在体长期使用的神经接口技术,开发相应的器件实现和微加工技术;研制穿戴式、高灵敏和阵列化的生物传感器件或医用生物辅助器件。
