Bio
Xiaoyi Wang received the B.S. degree in mechatronics engineering from Tianjin Polytechnic University, Tianjin, China, in 2013, the M.S. degree in mechatronics engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2020.
Currently, he is an Associate Professor with the School of Integrated Circuits and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. His research interests include the micro/nano fabrication technology; CMOS-MEMS sensors; and micro/nanofluidics, integrated microsystems, and its applications on medical equipment. He also does research on the flexible electronics including pressure sensor, strain sensor, humidity sensors, and its application on robotics and wearable devices.
