Yuanzhang Xiao

Yuanzhang Xiao (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, in 2006 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2014. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University, from 2015 to 2017. He has been an Assistant Professor with the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, since 2017. His research interests include reinforcement learning, game theory, and optimization, with applications in smart grids, wireless communications, wireless health, and socio-technological networks.
