江苏省优秀硕士毕业论文、本科毕业论文指导教师。江苏省高层次创新创业计划引进人才,江苏高等学校优秀科技创新团队“粮油食品绿色精深加工技术”带头人。作为首席科学家承担了十三五国家重点研发计划“食品安全关键技术研发”重点专项项目;已在国内外学术期刊上发表论文130余篇,其中SCI收录论文70余篇,ESI高被引论文4篇,授权发明专利6项。
