Bio
Dr. Li obtained his doctoral degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2010. After that, he joined the F.M. Kirby Research Center for Functional Brain Imaging at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and the department of Radiology in the Johns Hopkins University.
Dr. Li’s research focuses on the development of new imaging methods for mapping the magnetic properties of living systems, specifically the quantification of magnetic susceptibility in high-field MRI, and their applications for studying the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the central nervous system.
