Bio

I received Ph.D. in the Department of Cancer Biology at Vanderbilt University, under the mentorship of Dr. David Carbone. My dissertation research focused on COX-2 pathway in tumor progression. I then did my postdoc training with Dr. Harold Moses and investigated TGF-β regulation of inflammation and tumor microenvironment. I am currently a Principal Investigator in NCI. My research program focuses on molecular mechanisms underlying tumor-stroma interaction during metastatic process.
