In 2007, he obtained a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and a doctoral degree from Zhejiang University in 2012. In 2011, he visited the MBARI Ocean Research Institute twice as a visiting scholar to conduct the first Sino-US cooperation research in the field of seabed observation networks. In January 2013, he went to the University of Hawaii (Manoa) to conduct postdoctoral research and participate in the seabed observation in Hawaii. During the network research and construction work, the current digital remote control theory of the transmission network was first proposed to solve the problem of transmission fault isolation of the underwater tree network. In September 2014, the University of Hawaii ended its work and returned to the country to continue research on marine engineering technology.
