Bio
Yasmine Probst is an Associate Professor/Principle Fellow with the School of Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences at the University of Wollongong and a Research Fellow at the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute who researches the influence of dietary intake on multiple sclerosis (MS) disease progression. Her MS and diet research team are focussed on a common goal of establishing guidance for people living with MS and their carers about nutrition as a modifiable lifestyle factor.
