Yi Chao

Yi Chao received the Ph.D. degree in oceanography in 1990 from Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA, and the Postdoc in 1993 from the University of California, Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, USA. From 1993 to 2011, he was a Scientist with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA. He then founded Seatrec, Inc., Monrovia, CA, USA, where he is currently the CEO. He is also a Scientist with Remote Sensing Solutions, Inc., Barnstable, MA, USA.
