Yi-Ling Chen received the B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Tamkang University, New Taipei, Taiwan, the M.S. degree in chemical and materials engineering from National Central University, Taoyuan City, Taiwan, and the Ph.D. degree in materials and manufacturing technology from the University of California, Irvine, Irvine, CA, USA. Her current research interests include semiconductor devices, electronic packaging, thermal analysis and design, bonding technology, metallurgy, and optoelectronics.
