Yoichiro Neo

Yoichiro Neo received the B.S., M.S., and D.Eng. degrees from the Research Institute of Electrical Communications, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 1994, 1996, and 1999, respectively. He was a Researcher with the Central Research Laboratory, Hitachi Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, from 1999 to 2003. Since 2003, he has been a Research Associate with the Research Institute of Electronics, Shizuoka University, Shizuoka, Japan. He has been involved in research on vacuum nanoelectronics.
