个人简介
His current research interests include: nanoscale electrical measurements using mainly Kelvin probe force microscopy, novel photovoltaic devices based on inorganic and organic materials, nanowires and nanowire devices, organic and molecular transistors, and novel biosensors and memory devices.
Prof. Rosenwaks has supervised more than 50 graduate students, edited two books, published over 140 peer-reviewed journal articles, presented over 60 invited talks at international scientific meetings, and organized 7 international conferences.
