Computational Neuroscience Professional, with an exceptionally synergistic work and academic background in computational, cognitive and electrophysiological neuroscience.
Past experiences show the combination of engineering and biological science. Signal and image processing with computational strength plus programming skills, electrophysiological evaluation of neural activity, advanced knowledge on immuno histochemistry, neuroanatomy, neurobiology.
Expertise includes neuro-stimulation, recording (single unit & field) and experiment designs using various rodent models for neuro-degenerative disease research, and experience in molecular and cellular biology using Western blot, RT-PCR, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemsitry.
Recently researched and developed imaging/signal processing algorithms for a software based premium cardiac ultrasound system.
