代表性成果包括首次利用MBE技术制备出低至一个单胞层极限厚度的钙钛矿氧化物自支撑薄膜,实现了一个基于钙钛矿氧化物的二维材料新体系。优化了氧化物MBE技术,提出氧化物薄膜与界面单原子层精度的原位监控及制备方法,并结合ARPES技术做出系列研究工作。在Nature、Nat. Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.等重要学术期刊发表论文50余篇,被Nature等刊物及多个国际科技媒体的重点报道与关注;应邀在国际会议及研究机构做邀请报告50余次。
