Yuqi Su

Yuqi Su (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2017, and the M.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2018, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the mixed-signal lab. Before his Ph.D. degree, he was a Design Engineer at MediaTek, Singapore. His research interests include memory-centric computing circuits and architectures for optimization problems and artificial neural networks using both CMOS and emerging nonvolatile memories including MRAM and RRAM.
