Zhiguo Lai

Zhiguo Lai received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1999, the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, AK, USA, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, USA, in 2007. From 2005 to 2007, he was a Technical Contributor of the IEEE 802.15.3c and ECMA-TC48 standards for wireless personal area network devices. From 2007 to 2009, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the University of Massachusetts, where he worked on narrowband interference mitigation for UWB systems. From 2009 to 2015, he was with Newlans, Inc., Acton, MA, USA, where he worked on analog computation using deep-submicrometer CMOS technology and design of programmable filters for long term evolution (LTE) applications. From 2015 to 2017, he was with Skyworks Solutions, Inc., Andover, MA, USA, where he provided analog support for WLAN front-end module designs. Since 2017, he has been with HunterSun Electronics Company, Ltd., Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, where he is responsible for the development of RF MEMS filters. His research interests include analog integrated circuit design, analog signal processing, and RF MEMS filter design.
