My research focuses on automatic speech recognition (ASR) including end-to-end ASR, domain adaptation, adversarial learning, discriminative training, robust ASR, speaker recognition and natural language processing.

I contributed to an all-LSTM multichannel ASR system that won the 3rd place at CHiME-4 noise-robust ASR challenge in 2016. My adversarial domain adaptation work was nominated for the Best Paper Award at IEEE Automatic Speech Recognition and Understanding (ASRU) Workshop in 2017. I am a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
