Zixing Zhang

Zixing Zhang is a research associate with the Department of Computing at the Imperial College London (ICL), UK, from 2017. Before that, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Passau (UP), Germany, from 2015 to 2017. He has authored about sixty publications in peer-reviewed books, journals, and conference proceedings to date. Dr Zhang serves as a reviewer for the journals IEEE T-NNLS, IEEE T-Cyber, IEEE T-AC, IEEE T-ASLP, T-MM, Speech Communication, Computer Speech & Language, and others. His research interests lie in various machine learning techniques, which aim to leverage the value of large-scale unlabelled data and environmentally distorted data for automatic speech analysis (e.g., emotion and speech recognition).
