1230 IMPACT OF ANTIRETROVIRAL THERAPY ON THE VARIABILITY OF THE HCV NS5B POLYMERASE IN HIV/HCV COINFECTED PATIENTS
JOURNAL OF HEPATOLOGY(2011)
摘要
200/100 mg.One subject in the 50/100 mg dose group reached a viral load plateau of ~1000 IU/ml on monotherapy, that decreased to 243 IU/mL at week 12. Population sequence analysis identified R155K as the predominant mutation in this subject's virus.Clonal sequencing of on-treatment samples is in process. Conclusions: ABT-450/r dosed at 200/100 mg appears to suppress the early appearance of resistant variants suggesting a higher barrier to resistance compared to lower doses.Upon addition of pegIFN/RBV, high rates of viral suppression were observed in all dose groups despite the appearance of HCV NS3 variants known to confer resistance to ABT-450 in the 50/100 and 100/100 groups.
