Abstract
The reaction of [Sn(NMe2)(2)] with a suspension of CrCl3 and H2O in thf gives the molecular (CrSnII)-Sn-III oxo complex [(thf)(Me2NH)(2)Cl2Cr](2){ClSn(mu-O)}(2) 1, in which the O atoms of a central Sn2O2 ring coordinate two Cr-III cations.
