摘要
[Objective]To determine the content of manganese in edible livers of birds and livestock.[Methods]The fresh samples from market in sale were collected and digested by the method of violet acid wet digestion and then determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.[Results]The linear relationship of manganese detection over the range of 0.00-2.60 μg·ml-1 was good(γ = 0.999 4),with the RSD≤4.48%(n = 5). The recovery with standard addition was over the range of 96.0%-104%.[Conclusions]The livers of birds and livestock are rich in manganese, which is benefit to human’s health. The atomic absorption spectrometry method is simple and reliable. It can be used in detection of manganese in the edible livers of birds and livestock.
