HF plasma pencil and DC diaphragm discharge in liquids — diagnostics and applications

The plasma device for fine hand manipulation called “plasma pencil” and diaphragm discharges is a special type of plasma nozzle generating high pressure non-isothermal plasma for different possible applications such as local treatment and cleaning of archaeological artifacts (metal, glass, ceramics) in liquid solution. In the contribution, the diagnostics and applications of high voltage DC diaphragm discharge and plasma pencil at atmospheric pressure will be compared.
