SOA-based regenerative amplification of phase noise degraded DPSK signals

摘要
SOA-based regenerative amplification of phase noise degraded DPSK signals is demonstrated for a single and two non-demultiplexed channels. Q-factor improvement is 1.6 dB in the single channel and about 0.8 dB in the two channel regime.
