The study of hormon receptors expression in human endometrium implantation window

Objective: To study the effort of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH) on endometrial estrogen and progesterone receptors and estradiol and progesterone levels.Methods: The study included 30 women undergoing COH for male factors,48 women with regular menstrual period and proven fertility.The endometrial samples were obtained sequentially.The monoclonal antibodies of ERs and PRs were determined by Immunohistochemical method.Blood samples were draw for the measurement of serum E2 and Progesterone levels.Results: Immunohistochemical studies for steroid receptors showed that in COH cycles,the decline of ERs and PRs expression was earlier than that in natural cycles(NC).In COH cycle E2/P of serum was higher than that in NC.Conclusion: The stimulation protocols of ovarian stimulation altered Estradiol∶Progesterone(E2/P).The open of endometrium implantation window in COH is 2 days earlier than that in NC.
