The thesis mainly explored the effect of property of rutile titanium dioxide being pre-coated with ZrO2 with sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant,as well as drops speeding rate,the dosage of dispersant and coating agent and pH value which is based on the orthogonal test L9(34).The property of rutile titanium dioxide uncoated and coated are also compared by adopting nano-zs potential instrument,SEM,FT-IR,TEM and paint film ultraviolet radiation aging.The optimal conditions of the rutile titanium dioxide coated with ZrO2 was obtained that the speed of liquid was 5 drops/min,the amount of dispersant was 0.1%,capsular content was 2%,the pH of system was 8.5-9.0.The chemical properties of the rutile titanium dioxide with pre-coated was steady and can effectively shielding the photochemical activity and adsorbability,dispersibility and weather ability were better.
