Improved analytic target tracking algorithm for binary-detection sensor networks

Based on the research on an analytic target tracking algorithm applied in binary-detection sensor networks,an improved analytic target tracking algorithm was proposed.Compared with the original algorithm,the improved algorithm can calculate the velocity and the straight line trajectory of the target once the target traverses the sense area of three sensor nodes.Simulations were made to validate the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.The results show that the improved algorithm can apply to the low-density binary-detection sensor network and can tolerate some errors in the self-position and measured time of the nodes.
