High-temperature and broadband immersion ultrasonic probes

Immersion ultrasonic probes for measurements and imaging at high temperature are presented. The probes consist of sol-gel-sprayed thick films as piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers (UTs) directly deposited onto steel buffer rods.
