Leakage Test On Dual-Channel Static Seal Structure Of Space Station Airproof Cabin

The seal performance and its affecting factors of the dual-channel static seal structure of space station airproof cabin are introduced. Measuring principles of several leakage test methods on dual-channel seal structure are given. Advantages and disadvantages of each leakage test method are analyzed. A method of leakage test which satisfies the needs of dual-channel seal structure is put forward. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification results show that this method can distinguish whether the dual-channel seal structure is leaking from the inner ring or the outer ring. The leakage detection sensitivity can satisfy the requirements of in orbit space station leakage test.
