Abstract
对邯钢三炼钢采用转炉—LF炉—CSP工艺生产冷轧冲压用钢命中率低的原因进行分析,通过采取优化转炉装入制度、转炉低温冶炼、减少出钢下渣量、控制精炼过程Als含量和精炼周期等措施,提高钢水成分命中率,使得生产冷轧冲压用SPHD钢命中率达到88.5%,取得了很好的效果。
