摘要
Graphite oxide(GO) was synthesized by the modified Hummers' method, followed by a hydrothermal route to form reduced graphite oxide(RGO)-InVO4 nanocomposite,of which composition and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM).Charge-discharge properties and cyclic stability of RGO-InVO4 and InVO4 as anode materials for lithium batteries were tested under different current densities, respectively. The results show that the first discharge and charge specific capacities of the RGO-InVO4 electrode are 1 047.5 and 599 mAh·g-1,while the first discharge and charge specific capacities of the InVO4 electrode are 994.2 and 482 mAh·g-1,respectively.After 50 cycles under different current densities, the discharge and charge specific capacities of the RGO-InVO4 electrode are 472.4 and 456.7 mAh·g-1,while the InVO4 electrode are 138.4 and 132.9 mAh· g-1,respectively.The introduction of RGO can pronouncedly improve the electrochemical properties of InVO4,especially for cyclic stability.
