摘要
Some amino acids become biological active when N-dialkyl phosphorylated. Five kinds of N-diisopropyl phosphorylated-α-amino acids are investigated by PCARS. They polymerize themselves to form peptide at 55°C for 40 h. Characteristic vibration modes of the formed peptide are clearly resolved in our spectra. With help of theoretical calculation the configurations of these peptides are inferred to be a trans form. Further features and assignment of vibration modes are also achieved.
