HISTÓRICO DE ENFERMAGEM BASEADO NO DIAGNÓSTICO DE ENFERMAGEM NANDA PARA UTI GERAL DO HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO CAJURU

The objective of this research was to carry through and to validate the diagnosis of nursing (OF) based in literature NANDA (2005), of the description of existing nursing currently in he unit f intensive therapy (UTI) General of the University Hospital Cajuru in Curitiba.The methodology applied it was qualitative exploratory documental, observation no structured, with application of questionnaire composed by six discursive subjects on the systemization of the nursing attendance and the nursing diagnosis . The Universe of the research was constituted of ten nurses, among these, five participated voluntarily in the research. The contribution was of addition importance in what says respect to the theory and the practical application of the nursing diagnosis, tends as main focus the customer assisted in INTENSIVE CARE UNIT.
