On Management of Jiangsu Natural Disasters Management

The paper presents the natural disasters in Jiangsu province, and proposes that the natural disasters are a result of the natural laws and man's activities. On the basis of the research of the natural and social foundations of the natural disasters, we discuss three main stages of the changes of natural disasters and have a critical review of the foreign comprehensive crisis-dealing theories. At last, we draw a conclusion that we should develop the ability of crisis dealing through the system, which is exemplified by the practice of Jangsu.
