Progress in Application of Screen-Printed Electrode in Food Safety Testing

The issue of food safety has always been a widespreadly concerned hotspot,so choosing a low-cost,easy to use,and with a high sensitivity detection method becomes the focus in the field of testing food safety.Screen-printed electrodes with features including batch production,low cost,high sensitivity and disposable,have been widely used in food safety testing.Therefore,applied research on screen-printed electrodes in food safety testing is increasing,and various types of electrochemical sensors have been established in recent years.Based on the different types of electrochemical sensors,the application of screen-printed electrodes in food safety testing,and the application prospects of the screen-printed electrodes are introduced.
