Complications Au Cours Du Paludisme Des Aéroports

Airport malaria is very unusual as compared with other infestation modes. Though, airport malaria seems to be more severe; the frequency of such severity is about 50%; late diagnosis may be an explanation. We report two new cases of severe airport malaria treated by intra-venous quinine : the first patient became involved in a premature relapse, the second one in a ruptured spleen.
